What does Third Horizon Capital Advisory do?
Third Horizon Capital Advisory is a senior financial advisory firm based in Dubai. It gives founders, CEOs, CFOs, and boards CFO-grade support across fractional CFO leadership, strategic financial planning, M&A and transaction support, and investor and board readiness.
Who leads the engagements?
Every engagement is led by the founder or a designated Principal from the Advisory Board. The founder is a former Region CFO of Cisco MEA who ran a $1B P&L.
Where does Third Horizon operate?
The firm is based in Dubai and works across the Middle East & Africa, with selected engagements in the UK and Europe. Client work is delivered on site where the decision demands it and remotely where it does not.
How do fees work?
Fees are fixed or capped, agreed before the engagement starts. There's no hourly billing. Engagements take one of three shapes: a systems-level organizational diagnostic, a monthly advisory retainer, or a fixed-fee project such as investor readiness or transaction support.
